Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites

Customer service is excellent and everything is always clean!!! Great place to come if you want to relax, and also have a great bar. I want to give a compliment and shout out to a employee by the name of Rafaela was great to me and my family our whole stay..

The staff that we had the pleasure of dealing with were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Florinda was most gracious and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were here for activities at Drury Lane and the location was perfect. But the parking for the hotel was not the best and they charge $8 a day to park. The rooms are a nice size, plenty of room to spread out, but they are dated and the furniture is old and worn out. Our room was dark and there were not enough electrical plugs conveniently located. They definitely could use an update. Breakfast is not included which was a surprise since so many other hotels have free breakfast, and the food wasn't much different than those that do.

I just finished my breakfast before heading to the airport and enjoyed a nice meal at the hotel. Attentive representative Florinda approached me, welcomed me, and asked about my stay. She kindly provided a QR code for me to leave a review. I couldn’t believe it, but this is the first hotel that has contacted me during my stay to check on how I’ve been doing. Not only that, but I also wasn’t able to link my Hilton Honors member account to my stay initially, but through text messages, they were able to add it without any issues. Everything is well-maintained and extremely clean, which I personally love. It’s a very nice place to stay, whether you’re here for business or traveling with your family.

Florinda and Claudia were very professional, tentative, and kind during the morning rush for breakfast. They both made sure my needs were meet and that I felt comfortable during my meal time. I felt very important and appreciative. Also, Tracy was pleasant and kind during my check in. Addressed my questions and was friendly in nature, a few laughs shared, which was needed, as I just arrived from a long flight. Tracy is always professional when I arrive to check in, as I’ve been at this hotel previously. Her warm smile does not go unnoticed. From my interaction with the staff, it appears they truly enjoy their work and making sure guest are treated with respect and dignity. Thank you kindly for such a warm and pleasant environment .

The front desk was exceptionally amazing to our family. I appreciate our entire stay. There were 14 of us total. Four large spacious rooms and plenty of accommodations. I cannot the front desk staff enough for their hospitality. I would definitely book here on my next visit to Chicago.

The service was good rooms were clean front disk stuff are very friendly also Claudia was absolutely wonderful during our buffet breakfast at the Hilton. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Her positive attitude really made our morning better

I stayed here for business, and the breakfast starting at 6am is a great benefit. Very nice food and service with Florinda and her staff. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. My wife always looks at reviews of hotels when she is traveling. If she sees this, “Yes, you want to stay here. It is very nice and the beds are comfortable and this is how you want hotels to be when you travel”.
